Healthwatch Lambeth

Healthwatch Lambeth serves as the independent champion for people who use health and social care services in the borough, ensuring that local voices shape the way care is designed and delivered. They listen to residents’ experiences—whether positive or negative—across services such as GPs, hospitals, dentists, pharmacies, care homes, and community support, using this feedback to influence NHS leaders and other decision‑makers to improve standards of care. As an impartial statutory body, they provide confidential advice and information to help people navigate local services, while also keeping the community informed about planned changes and encouraging public involvement in shaping those services. Their work aims to make health and care better for everyone in Lambeth by amplifying community insights and ensuring those in charge stay accountable.
