VCSE organisations in Lambeth are invited to apply for partnership funding to deliver community-based mental health and wellbeing support.

This programme supports organisations to run inclusive, culturally appropriate activities that help reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, and strengthen connections within local communities. It is part of a wider commitment to working in partnership with the VCSE sector to address mental health inequalities.

  • Grants between £5,000 and £24,999
  • Funding for projects running over a two-year period
  • Opportunity to deliver community-based wellbeing activities
  • Partnership working with local health and care systems

Who should apply?

This opportunity is open to Lambeth-based VCSE organisations delivering community-led support. Applications are particularly encouraged from organisations working with diverse communities and those most affected by mental health inequalities.

Trust and Health Creation Partnership
