We’re seeking an experienced and partnership-driven VCSE Strategic Lead to play a key role in building a new model of neighbourhood health across Lambeth and Southwark.

Working alongside the Integrator leadership team at GSTT, you’ll help lead the development of Lambeth and Southwark’s Integrator function - a key element of the neighbourhood health model. The Integrator function brings organisations together to design and deliver joined-up, preventative, and community-rooted care.

Your leadership will help embed equitable partnership models, strengthen connections with smaller ‘By and For’ community groups, and ensure the VCSE sector is fully embedded within this new way of working, shaping how neighbourhood health is designed and delivered.

·       Deep knowledge of the VCSE landscape in Lambeth and Southwark.

·       Strong relationships with community leaders and networks, including diverse and underserved groups.

You need to be currently employed within a VCSE organisation in Southwark or Lambeth to be considered for this role.

Time commitment: 1 day a week plus 14 days a year for training and development. Fixed term for one year.

Funding: £260 per day (£17,160) +£3630 for employing VCSE organisation overhead cost.

Total funding available: £20,790.

The full funding amount will be paid to the employing VCSE organisation, and they will be the one paying the successful candidate.

YOU  WILL NEED THE APPROVAL OF YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYER IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR  THIS OPPORTUNITY. PLEASE COMPLETE THIS MICROSOFT FORM TO CONFIRM THE CEO OF YOUR VCSE ORGANISATION HAS  APPROVED YOUR APPLICATION.

This is an exciting, first-of-its-kind opportunity to shape the future of how the NHS and the VCSE sector collaborate at neighbourhood level in SEL.
